Bleeding Edge of ObamaCare Rationing Nancy Pelosi said that Congress must pass ObamaCare to find out what's in it. Now we have healthcare rationing by committee, the cornerstone of ObamaCare's socialist approach to medicine.
That's why I need your help right now to demand Congress pass HR 452, bipartisan legislation that will eliminate ObamaCare's DEATH PANELS once and for all. Everything about ObamaCare is about restricting your freedom, taking health care decisions away from you and giving them to a collection of bureaucrats, politicians and lobbyists that Barack Obama thinks "know better" then you about what's best for your family. Even Barney Frank Now Says No to Death Panels Even Massachusetts Democrat Rep. Barney Frank supports H.R. 452: To repeal the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act providing power to the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). Frank was the 12th Democrat and the most prominent of the 212 members of the House, to co-sponsor the bill currently stuck in committee. IPAB is a 15-member board, appointed by the president that is scheduled to begin rationing care in 2014. In order to reduce per capita Medicare spending, the board will recommend levels at which Medicare recipients, our nation's seniors, can be reimbursed for health care expenses by rationing healthcare benefits. ObamaCare also forces The United States Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) to decide what preventative health treatments will be covered by ObamaCare's government-approved insurance. And to give you an idea of what's to come... In November 2009, USPSTF suggested women age forty to forty-nine should not get routine mammograms. The country was outraged at the mammography proposal as USPSTF was weighing the benefit of breast cancer screening against the cost savings of letting some additional cancers go undetected. ObamaCare and its death panels could make the mammography recommendation a government mandate. This massive health care experiment must be stopped. That's why it's critical that you sign the ObamaCare Petition right away. The health of our country is on the line. It gets even worse. Within the medical community, the task force is a joke. If ObamaCare's death panels are not repealed, all matters of our health - no matter how intimate - will soon be controlled and monitored by the government. Details of every American's mental health, private health struggles and full medical history will soon be available to big government bureaucrats. Besides the obvious unconstitutionality of ObamaCare, Americans should be truly worried about the rapidly encroaching reach of government. The overreaching agenda of the Obama Administration must be stopped. Their attempts to make it impossible to repeal the unconstitutional healthcare law are tyrannical. Enough is enough.
