The courts in Minnesota just ruled on the new Congressional districts and, as one of my most loyal supporters, I wanted you to be the first to know.
Just as we suspected, the liberal courts have changed the makeup of Minnesota's Congressional districts. The courts' liberal bias was evident by cherrypicking the districts and going so far as to draw my home — where I have raised my family and represented in Congress for the past six years — outside the new sixth district.
I refuse to allow the courts to arbitrarily determine who my friends, neighbors, and constituents are, and I will take every necessary step to correct this injustice. I have therefore decided to campaign for re-election in the new sixth district, where a majority of my constituents remain. This will not be an easy task, but with your support today of $25, $50, $100 or more our campaign will have the funds necessary to run an effective campaign.
Just as I wrote you below -- I will now have to face the challenge of reaching out to thousands of new voters. Friend, I know the Democrats are watching these map results with excitement and look forward to spending millions of dollars to defeat our campaign and silence our conservative voice and values. The liberal media and Democrats will certainly do everything they can to slander our campaign and we simply cannot afford for that to happen.

In just 5 days, the courts in Minnesota will redraw the congressional maps, which will undoubtedly throw the congressional elections into disarray. All eyes will be on the outcome of the new districting maps, and the Democrats and liberal media are on the edge of their seats in hope that I will have a highly challenging re-election.
Because of redistricting I’m going to need your help now more than ever. Six years ago, you worked tirelessly to send me to Washington where I have consistently fought for our values and stood up time and again to the good ol' boys routine. We cannot allow a Democrat victory to undo the hard work we have put in over the past six years.
Our campaign will need to reach voters I haven't represented and spoken to before, and in order to reach them I need your help. We must raise the significant resources necessary to campaign in a new district, and your immediate donation of $25, $50, $100, or any amount up to the $2,500 legal limit will help get my campaign off to the right start.
Friend, I have always stood up for our conservative values and beliefs in Washington, even when it wasn’t popular. I have been on the front lines fighting Obamacare since the very beginning. I introduced the first legislation to repeal Obamacare in the U.S. Congress and my petition for its repeal gathered hundreds of thousands of signatures from Americans concerned about our nation's future.
I have also never been afraid to tell you the truth. Our economy continues to spiral downward, the Democrats continue to throw their socialist policies on our doorsteps and getting our country back on a path to prosperity will not be easy. But, I will not sit back and watch our country be anything less than great. You and I both know that our shared constitutional conservative values are worth fighting for. I will continue fighting to revive our economy, create more American jobs, and defund Obamacare.
