U.S. citizens and legal residents in all 50 states continue to foot the bill for public services received by the 12-18 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. In fact, public services to illegal aliens cost state and local governments around $113 billion a year! To be exact, each illegal alien household costs American taxpayers $19,588. This is money directly from our pockets! Giving welfare benefits to illegal aliens only encourages these individuals to stay in the U.S., and even encourages more people to enter illegally. More must be done by your state legislature to ensure that public benefits in your state only go to the citizens and legal residents who need them. Please don't delay.
