Absolute Tyranny: The Storm Has Arrived
It is a rare occasion when I cannot adequately express my thoughts and feelings with their corresponding words. Words are a crude expression of ones’ Thoughts and Perspectives as words can never adequately describe the depth and breadth of a complete thought. Even the concept I discuss lacks the lexicon required to truly understand it. Instead, an exercise of the concept is required to marry cold knowledge with Real Experience. Study and examine Leonardo Divinchi’s Mona Lisa. Now try to replicate it to One Hundred Percent accuracy. You cannot. Thus you can now comprehend my dilemma.
State Of The Union: Dead and Decomposing
 Our Founding Documents, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, are the physical embodiment of the Spirit of Liberty. The culmination of the Hopes, Dreams, and Blood of those Great Men who sacrificed EVERYTHING for the Freedom and Liberty of their fellow men, is being used as toilet paper by our tyrannical and illegitimate Central Government. Again, an exploration rather than an explanation is in order.
Read The Preamble and examine each Amendment of the Bill of Rights and ask yourself if it still stands. My annotations follow:
The Preamble to The Bill of Rights
Congress of the United States
begun and held at the City of New-York, on
Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.
Read As: The States, being a bit paranoid of a powerful Federal Government, require additional reassurance that the following Rights be preserved as involatile to Government authority.
RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.
Read As: The Constitution is Sacrosanct, thus changes to it must be approved by Two-Thirds majority of the Congress (House of the People) and a Two-Thirds majority of the Senate (House of the States). OR by constitutional convention with Two-Thirds of the State Legislatures of the Union approving in order for an Amendment to be ratified and become law. This is an extremely difficult procedure and should be taken in a deadly serious manner. Note that none of the twenty-seven amendments have ever been initiated by the States.
ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.
Amendment I – Freedoms, Petitions, Assembly
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; orabridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
DEAD - Free Speech Zones, Hate Crimes Legislation (thought crimes), Political Correctness (approved speech), Investigation and Prosecution for “Protected” Speech, the Two Party System, requiring permits for public assembly, speech, or pamphleteering. FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism, MIAC Modern Militia Movement’s definitions of “terrorists”
Amendment II – Right to bear arms
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
TERMINAL – Every Patriot knows that Uncle Sam is coming for ALL our guns. Maybe all at once, maybe incrementally as has been the case.
Amendment III – Quartering of soldiers
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
DEAD – While rarely referenced, this Amendment reaffirms the great importance that our Founders placed upon Rights of Property and Rights to Privacy. In the few cases where this Amendment has been referenced, the War of 1812, it was violated outright and without consequence. The power to quarter was transferred to the president via Executive Order and incorporated into the Fourteenth Amendment, thus ending its significance.
Amendment IV – Search and arrest
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V – Rights in criminal cases
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
DEAD – NDAA indefinite detention, NDAA Targeted Assassination, Legal Abuse, Legal Corruption, trial By Public Opinion
Amendment VI – Right to a fair trial
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.
DEAD – NDAA’s suspension of Habeas Corpus: Indefinite Detention and Targeted Assassination, The Court of Public Opinion (the OJ Trial, ), “Secret” evidence that cannot be shared for “National Security” reasons, “Legal Abuse” via manipulation of the Legal System.
Amendment VII – Rights in civil cases
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
DEAD – Civil Law and Procedures have become so twisted and convoluted as to make the entire process open for manipulation and outright thievery. Good Law is under eternal assault from Bad Law, Foreign Law, Precedent, Legal Opinion, and PUBLIC Opinion; resulting in the erosion of Common Sense and the promotion of a Cannibalistic Legal frame of mind.
Amendment VIII – Bail, fines, punishment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX – Rights retained by the People
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
DEAD – This idea being that Government cannot use any Right to nullify another, nor can government deny Rights because they were not specifically listed in the Bill of Rights. It means that all power not specifically designated to government lays in the hands of the people. Today’s illegitimate government, on the other hand, presumes that it holds ALL Rights with We The People having only the Rights we are sanctioned to have. Our present government exists in a situation that is a total reversal of its intent. Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, and Mao also thought along the same lines…
Amendment X – States’ rights
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
DEAD – Most States operate with the attitude that power flows from Federal to State, State to County, County to People. This is an inversion of the Truth. The founders understood that in a Free Society power must flow from God to The People, The People grant some power to the State, and the State grants even lesser power to the Federal Government.
The Second Amendment – Our Last Refuge of Freedom
Do you understand the True depth of our situation? The Absolute Last Right that we retain as Free Citizens of the United States of America is a tenuous grip on the Second Amendment. When Dissent is considered a criminal and/or Terrorist act, then the First Amendment is dead, broken, and gone. The last Right, the Only Remaining Right that Americans have is the Second Amendment right to bear arms…and even that one is now at its end.
With the laundry list of broken promises that the Federal Government gave to the States and We The People, how can any sane individual believe that our predatory Federal Government will not do EVERYTHING within their power to remove that One Last Right? If you are unplugged from The Matrix, did you not notice how this “sudden rash” of mass shootings with BIZARRE details quickly and conveniently forgotten, focus solely upon the gun…the Gun, not the shooter, not the fact that all the shooters were drugged up beyond “Yellow Submarine”, not the fact that there always seems to be another Person or Persons of Interest at the scene who quickly become forgotten and relegated to the conspiracy files…really?
Mass shootings are just another tactic, with everything that this government has done, with as many false-flag attacks and ‘inside jobs’ that the United States of America has performed on or allowed to occur against itself…why is this one any different? The many bizarre details surrounding the Aurora Batman Shooting, conveniently forgotten and when referenced relegated to “conspiracy theory”…not a well informed and intelligent individual who has the gift of Memory…no, an absolute nutter because one has the audacity to recognize that 2+2 equals 4 and to speak it aloud!
Simply look at the list of “Liberties” our government has taken against Our Liberties since 9/11 and tell yourself that the United States of America is the Freest nation in the world and stands as our Founders would have us stand. Or, you can realize that our Federal Government has become terminal, like a gangrenous limb that needs to be cut away before it infects and kills the rest of the Union.
Assassination of U.S. Citizens – NDAA
Indefinite detention – NDAA
Restricted Speech - “Free Speech” Zones, Protest and Dissent equated as Terroristic in nature
Arbitrary justice – trial, star chamber, or tribunal – Patriot Act, NDAA
Warrantless searches, wiretaps, reading of Email – Patriot Act, FISA
Secret courts – Patriot Act
Secret Evidence – Patriot Act
Secret Law – Bush and Obama Administrations – Executive Orders signed then made “secret”
Immunity from judicial review - “National Security” trumps all
Continual monitoring of citizens even inside the home – Big Brother is watching you…
Extraordinary Renditions – since “we”can’t torture you Saudi Arabia will do it for us…
Construction of a Stazi-like citizen informer system – See Something Say Something…
Is this REALLY the nation that our Founders dreamt of? I, for one, say Hell and No! This in not a Government that I can ever support nor will ever support because our Masters’ Tyranny makes the Tyranny of King George pale in comparison. How can I honestly endorse a government whose crimes against its own people are greater and more numerous than those of many “evil” Rogue, Warlord-led States? How can we call ourselves the Freest nation on the planet while simultaneously endorsing the secret arrest, indefinite detention, and assassination of those very said Free citizens? We can’t and I won’t.
Sedition Is A Road Less Travelled
I am not calling for violent revolution, at least not now, not until the State starts pulling their guns on We The People…which is quickly and not-so-quietly coming to a doorstep or Checkpoint in YOUR neighborhood. I merely mean to argue that the Federal Government of the United States of America is illegitimate, illegal, and must be replaced. An action that our Founders clearly have called OUR DUTY as American Citizens, thus we were given the First and Second Amendments.
Once the Federal Government broke its promises with We The People and the States of the Union in violating the Bill of Rights, the Federal Government lost its power. Once the promises that were made in the Blood of Patriots were broken, the Federal Government became an Apostate Government that has lost any and all moral authority to rule. Once the Federal Government broke it promises to We The People, then that government can no longer represent We The People for it has betrayed us all.
I call that we ignore the orders of this Tyrannical Apostasy, that we ignore our “Masters” claim to power, and call for a Constitutional Convention of the States to remove our so-called Central Government from power and replace it with a Constitutionally Sound Central Government.
Technically I suppose that actively working for the end of our Federal Government is a Seditious activity whose only punishment can be Death. I accept the charge, but then again, what else is a “Terrorist” as defined by the FBI and DHS supposed to do? I am not going to lay down and die or bend over and let Uncle Sam probe where nary a Proctologist dares to go. The outcome will be a sentence of Death I suppose, but then again, living under this Government the only Right I’ll have left is Death, which will probably be doled out to me for something as innocuous as washing my car on Arbor Day…because somehow I am causing the planet to heat by 0.00000391 degrees, therefore I must die…
An Old Dream Must Die For A New Dream To Come
What I am arguing is that the United States of America, the Freest nation in the world, is no more, it is a hoax that gets celebrated while lady Liberty is gang-raped Family-Style by our President, International Bankers, and the “Creme de la Creme” of the Political Arena. The Dream has Died and We The People allowed it to pass through our silence.
It is time, however, for another Dream to take its place, a New American Dream, one that respects and protects Liberty, Freedom, and Justice. A New American Dream that will codify our Inalienable Rights, Our Bill of Rights, into something Real and tangible and protected from collectivism, socialism, fascism, corporatism, and of course, Career Politicians. A dream that will end the Nightmare and rescue Liberty from the unending onslaught of Tyranny that threatens to scour away the hearts and minds of America’s Patriots.
