Fox News reports, "...Chief of Chaplains Donald Rutherford was asked not to let chaplains read the Jan. 26 letter sent by Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio because of the sentence that states: We cannot--we will not -comply with this unjust law.
Broglio leads the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services. He wrote a letter calling the new healthcare regulations a "blow" to the freedoms that our troops have fought to defend. Hundreds of companies can get ObamaCare waivers, yet 70 million practicing Catholics don't deserve a waiver? Obama's contraception decision is discrimination. Pure and simple. We all know it will drive up the price of healthcare. We all know it's going to force many doctors to give up their practice. And those are only a FEW of the harsh consequences of government-run healthcare. But did you know one of liberal motivations behind ObamaCare is to declare WAR ON RELIGION? That's right - the Left wants to mold our most sacred document into a twisted progressive doctrine. Toward the end of the ObamaCare drama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama shoved a mandate into the healthcare law that would force religious employers to pay for sterilization, birth control and abortions for their employees. The First Amendment states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

 Despite public outcry, the Obama administration shows no signs in backing down. White House press secretary, Jay Carney said,
"[The policy] "strikes the appropriate balance" between protecting religious freedoms and providing women with access to preventive health services. I think it's fair to say that while there are those who take issue with the decision, millions of American women will have access to preventive services, as they should, appropriately, through the health care reform bill."
Having the government tell religious organizations what the can and can't do isn't balance: it is tyranny!
