This is a prime example of why we must restore the Judicial system and why we must start there. If it's not restored, this is what we will keep facing as there will be no way to stop the destruction of our country and our U.S. Citizens who stand up against corruption.
Hi, Tim, just got your message. Those people are crazy. They wouldn't let Van present any defense at all, and the jury convicted him after 7 minutes of deliberation!
I am going to write to the TN AG, not that it will help. And you're right, they're supposed to be investigating the Tenth Judicial District...but I doubt they are.
He was almost sent to jail but everything is suspended pending the appeal for a new trial and then presumably another appeal to the appellate court.
I spoke with Walt at length last night and Van then gave me the go-ahead to publish anything he or anyone else reported about it.
